Zero Percent Game Dev - It's very validating to pull something together and have all your groundwork pay off.
I've got some firm goals in place. Make battle recognize player death, bring teams into play (right now enemies will randomly attack each other on the same team), make it not automate turns by players, make it not start a battle with more than one player unless all players consent, make monsters drop 'experience'. After that, I think I'll start spreading the word a bit more as there will be enough of a game for it to be a game.
Also Maus is fantastic.
